Refund policy

Overview

We offer a 100-night trial policy. If you're not happy then you can return your item for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. If greater than 100 days have passed since your purchase, refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item becomes defective within one year of purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund on a case-by-case basis. Items which are damaged due to intentional misuse, accidental damage or general wear and tear are not covered by this policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@ynmsleep.com where we will give you more information. Do not return your item without a return authorization number as this is required to process your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t receive a refund within 7 days of refund approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider as there may be a delay in processing before your refund apears in your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ynmsleep.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@ynmsleep.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping

In the case that the item is not defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product becomes defective within one year of purchase and we approve your refund request under the terms stated above, we will reimburse your shipping costs after inspecting your product.

If you are shipping an item valued greater than your courier's basic insurance, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not approve a refund request for an item which we do not receive.
